About the event

Spring has sprung and we are celebrating. Andy Cadrin of Ruby Wine and Spirits will be on hand with 4 wine, red and white, that encapsulate the flavors of spring. As usual Chef Matt is on hand to pair these wines with tasting plates insprired as much by the wines as the seasons. Ticket price includes tax and gratuity. 

The wines are all from the Gundlach Bundscu Winery, or Gun Bun as it is callled by it's fans: "California's oldest, family-owned and now regenerative organic certified winery. Located in Sonoma CA." 

Dry Gewurztraminer paire with an Apple Arugula Salad: Diced Apple, Arugula, Dried Cranberries, Walnuts, Goat Cheese, Apple Cinder Vinaigrette

Chardonnay paired with Crab Cakes with a Lemon Butter Sauce

Pinot Noir paired with Herb Roasted Statler Chicken Breast, Cranberry Balsamic Compote, Butter Rosemary Roasted Potatoes, Candies Baby Carrots

Mountain Cuvee Red Blend with Cranberry White Chocolate Cheesecake
